Commercial Diver Survives After Air Supply Line Is Cut
Chris Lemons, 32 was working nearly 300 ft underwater when his umbilical became snagged and was severed leaving him only with an emergency air tank.
Realizing his predicament, he remained still to conserve air but due to the freezing conditions in which he was working he soon fell into unconsciousness. Chris was "very very very lucky" and was saved by his crew members. Once rescued, Chris was revived by the bellman, and has made a full recovery.
